  TM-T106 non-ferrous metal degreasing agent divided into liquid A and powder B. It is a new generation of products in connection with stainless steel, aluminum alloy, galvanized sheet and other non-ferrous metals. The product was made of a variety of import high-performance biodegradable surfactants, and adding a variety of additives, corrosion inhibitors. Able to quickly get rid of a variety of oil on the surface of workpieces, and no erosion to workpieces. There are some advantages, such as room-temperature using, saving energy, easy to operate, long service life and so on.

1. Using methods

  The degreasing agent can be used to clean workpieces surface by scrubbing or soaking.

2. Preparation methods (1 ton)

2.1 Adding water to sink with 70 % to 80 % of the capacity of sink.

2.2 TM-T106A of 80 kg, TM-T106B of 20 kg were dissolved in a small amount of water, and then adding slowly to sink and stirring.

2.3 Adding margin water, and stir evenly.

Tips: If copper or copper alloy was cleaned, only adding 100 kg of TM-T106A.

3. Treating conditions

  Free Alkalinity: 11 to 14 PT     Temperature: 25 to 55 degrees

  Time: 10 to 20 minutes (can be determined by steel degreasing situation)

4. Detection method

  Taking 10 ml degreasing fluid to the conical flask, and adding 50 ml distilled water and phenolphthalein indicator of 3 to 5 drops. Titrating above-mentioned solution by 0.1 M sulfuric acid standard solution from red to achromatic color. The quantity (ml) of 0.1 M sulfuric acid is called the points of free alkalinity.

5. Additions and adjustments (1 ton)

5.1 The concentration is ever-changing in a continuous process, so the concentration must be determined periodically, and then add degreasing agent in time, so that the concentration of degreasing liquid maintains a specified range to ensure the degreasing effects. Generally, TM-T106A of 8.3 kg and TM-T106B of 1.7 kg can improve free alkalinity of about 1.

5.2 Degreasing fluid should be changed sink and cleaned-up sediment in time (20 to 30 days). After a long-term use (using more than six months), the solution was seriously polluted, or degreasing capacity diminished, and this moment adding of degreasing agent cant achieve satisfactory results, the degreasing fluid should be replaced with new liquid.

6. Packaging

  TM-T106A is light-red liquid, 200 kg / barrel;

  TM-T106B is white powder, 25 kg / woven bag.
