Microemulsion cutting fluid for grinding
1 Introduction
No. 2 microemulsion cutting fluid is a new generation of metalworking fluids which is based on synthetic cutting fluid and emulsified oil. The product is made by oily agent, emulsifiers, rust inhibitors, vapor corrosion inhibitors, etc.. There are many advantages, such as good lubrication, antirust, cooling, cleaning and extreme-pressure performance, rapid emulsification, good chemical stability, suitable for all kinds of metalworking fluids.
2 Technical indicators
2.1 Appearance: milky white liquid, no delamination and no precipitation.
2.2 pH value: 8.0 to 9.0.
2.3 Rust resistance: 7 to 15 days without corrosion between processes.
2.4 Replacement period: 20 to 30 days.
2.5 Other: meets the corresponding indicators in GB/T6144-85 and SH0365-92 standard.
3 Performance and features
3.1 Good lubrication, antirust, cooling, cleaning and extreme-pressure performance, prolonging tool life, improving finish and processing efficiency of the workpiece.
3.2 Non-toxic, no smell, no pollution, no stimulation to the skin, non-corrosive machine tool parts and paint surfaces by long-term use.
3.3 Suitable for general machining and finishing of equipment for turning, milling, grinding, planing and so on.
3.4 Easy to use: it can be diluted by tap water at room temperature.
4 Using method and notes
4.1 Generally used concentration is 10 %. To meet the special requirements of finish and antirust time, it can be increased.
4.2 Solution is consumed during using, and the solution is added according to using concentration.
4.3 The incorporation of other cooling fluid or sodium should be avoided, because it would affect the stability of the product.
4.4 This product also can be used for high-pressure leak testing antirust between processes.
5 Packaging and storage
5.1 Packing: 200 Kg / drum.
5.2 Storage: indoor warehouse. Shelf life: one year.
